Midway announced today that they would be bringing NFL Blitz 2002 and NHL Hitz 2002 to the Nintendo GameCube. NFL Blitz 2002 will be an arcade-like football experience in the vein of previous games of the series, while NHL Blitz 2002 appears to a hockey version of the same style. These two games should make use of the Cube's ample power for some fast and furious gameplay, as well as excellent graphics and sound. Both titles will be available at launch.
