News   Tekken 4 NEVER on NGC.
- Posted By Ryan Eid, 08.21.2001

NAMCO's flagship fighter's next sequel, Tekken 4, will apparently never make it to either the Xbox or GameCube according to an inside source at NGenres. Apparently, when Sony heard NAMCO was in the process of developing Xbox and GCN versions, they went to NAMCO with large sums of money, in order to keep the highly anticipated game exclusive. NAMCO complied, and threw away the code for the Xbox and GameCube versions.

Keep in mind this is still a rumor, but from a very credible source. We'll have more on this if/when it develops.
