Preview  Mario Kart Cube**
- By Rob Schlicht

Mario Kart was only demoed on video for only a few seconds, and it still incited loud cheers from the crowd.

All the demo include was Mario and Luigi, dodging back and forth across a highway in their carts. There wasn't even a background in place. The game is obviously still very early in development, but it positively screams for GBA connectivity and network play.

We don't know much about the game, but we do know that it is in progress. Coupled with the fact that the GBA title was delayed for seemingly no apparent reason, in this case, no news is good news.
